This website is operated by Kodhai Nighties, a brand operated by Kodhai Fashion. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Kodhai Nighties and Kodhai Fashion.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to display and sell our products.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content and related services. They also apply when you place an order with us through the website.

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order through our website.

  • Printed fabrics may have minor variations in print placement;

  • Handmade, batik, dyed or printed products may have natural variations;

  • Measurements may vary slightly because of the nature of fabric and garment production;

  • Product packaging may differ from images displayed on the website;

  • Availability may change without notice.

Natural variations that are normal for a fabric, print or production method are not necessarily defects. This does not limit your rights where a product is defective, damaged, materially different from its description or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Please review the product description, size information, wash-care instructions and photographs before placing an order. Contact us before ordering if you need sizing or product assistance.

4. Prices, Taxes and Offers

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

The applicable product price, taxes, delivery charges and other compulsory charges will be displayed before you complete payment.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where correction is required by law or there is an obvious pricing error.

Discounts, coupon codes, combo offers and promotional prices:

  • Are valid only during the stated offer period;

  • May apply only to selected products, sizes or quantities;

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • May not be combined unless expressly stated;

  • May be withdrawn or corrected where an offer was displayed in error;

  • Are subject to stock availability and any additional terms displayed with the offer.

We do not manipulate prices or impose undisclosed compulsory charges.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Products displayed on the website are an invitation to place an order and do not by themselves create a binding contract.

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept it.

We may decline, limit or cancel an order for lawful and reasonable reasons, including:

  • The product or selected size is unavailable;

  • Payment is declined, incomplete or cannot be verified;

  • The delivery address is incomplete, inaccurate or outside our serviceable area;

  • Product or pricing information contains an obvious error;

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment or misuse;

  • The order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale;

  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you using the contact information provided and initiate the applicable refund.

6. Billing and Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Kodhai Nighties does not directly access or store complete card, UPI or payment-account credentials.

Your payment may be subject to additional terms, verification procedures and privacy policies imposed by the payment provider, bank or payment application.

Do not send complete card details, passwords, PINs or one-time passwords to us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or social media. Kodhai Nighties will never ask you to share an OTP or payment password.

If payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference. Resolution and reversal timelines may depend on the payment provider or bank.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our published Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by product availability, destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, correct postal code and reachable telephone number.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was repeatedly refused or the customer could not be contacted, additional shipping charges may apply before redispatch, where permitted and disclosed.

Risk of loss or damage remains subject to applicable law and the terms of the delivery service. Please inspect the parcel promptly and report a damaged, incorrect or missing item according to our Refund Policy.

8. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please review that policy before completing a purchase. It explains:

Refunds approved by us will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method, where available. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply after we initiate the refund.

  • Use payment information without authorisation;

  • Place fraudulent, speculative or abusive orders;

This licence does not apply to private customer-service messages, payment information or personal documents that were not intended for publication.

We may remove or decline content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We do not create or knowingly publish false customer reviews.

We will acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one month from the date it is received, as required by applicable law.

Please include your name, contact information, order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographs or an unboxing video may be requested where reasonably necessary to assess a damaged, incorrect or defective product.

Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete payment-card information.
